No, participation in the quiz is free.
6. Do you have to buy an admission ticket to take the quiz?
For the quiz itself, no, but in order to earn extra points in the park, you need a valid admission ticket or annual card.
7. Is pre-registration required to participate in the quiz and game?
Yes, pre-registration is required for both the quiz and the game.
8. Where can I find the results of the quiz?
Quiz results appear in the form after the quiz is completed, and prize information will be sent via email.
9. Is the quiz available in different languages?
The quiz is available in : Polish, English, German.
10. Do I have to be present in the park to receive the award?
Yes, prizes must be picked up in person at the park by the deadline.
11. Can I correct my answers after submitting the quiz?
No, once the quiz is sent, the answers cannot be changed.
12. Can I stop the quiz and finish it later?
No, the quiz must be solved once - it cannot be retaken.
13. What happens if I lose my Internet connection during a quiz?
In such a situation, the quiz may break, so we recommend a stable connection.
14. What happens in the event of a tie in scoring?
In the event of a tie, we will prepare a solution to ensure that no participant is disadvantaged - all participants with an equal number of points will receive prizes or awards in accordance with the rules.
15. Can one family take part several times (e.g., each member separately)?
Yes, each participant registers individually and takes part independently.
16. Is it possible to win more than one award?
No, each participant can only receive one prize.
